Need general help with how to deal with a defiant teenage girl

But question is - is it too young for a 13 yr old to go and get her eyebrows done?

depends what getting her eyebrows 'done' involves.

getting them nicely shaped by waxing or threading, then I can't see why not.

HD brows - depends, how is she affording the treatment?

semi permanent brow tattoo, absolutely no way at 13.

Depends what you mean. I would definitely let her get them shaped/waxed/threaded if she feels they need sorting.

But I wouldn't be letting her get those awful marker pen brows some of the girls think look good.

not too young, but it's a luxury not a necessity and maybe she should pay for it with her own ££?
