I hope you get the help you need

I can't offer anything but bumping for you

maybe better place to post than in teens? I'm sure someone more helpful will come along in a minute

Ninni you could report your post, then ask for it to be moved to the bereavement topic maybe?

OR if you want a lot of people to see it, you can post it in something more general like Chat

it won't be permanent then, but you'll probably get more/quicker responses

hold tight. This is a very helpful site, it really is- you should be able to access what you need xxx

Good advice from Muddha.

So sorry for your grandson's (and your) loss.

hi,
There is a great website that may help to look at
winstonswish.org.uk
It is a general bereavement for children website but has a section for bereavement by suicide.
Hope it helps.

Ninnipaula · 23/01/2015 18:56

Sorry for your loss.
I have no direct experience, but am a adopter of an older child.

Lots of hugs and reassurance.
It was not your GS's fault she committed suicide, explain why in age specific language. You may need to repeat this time and time again.
You will try your best to answer any questions he has.
Mention Mummy regularly so he can see she's not forgotten and not a forbidden topic.

Best wishes

Winstons Wish. They are excellent.
Hope you are alright too and I am sorry.
