European computer driving license

Has anyone else's teenager completed this qualification, how did they find it and has it been useful? DS1 has a hiatus in his education at the moment and I thought he could do this to keep his hand in and add to his CV.

Dc do this at school. It is well recognised if not particularly challenging.

DD1 is doing this as they decided that only the top 2 sets would do the iGCSE (following poor results last year).

It doesn't have theory like the iGCSE nor databases (hurray!)

No idea how useful it will be.

They do this at DC's school in year 8/9 and it's equivalent to a B grade at GCSE. It's not difficult. All done on line and I think there are 8-10 modules and you can practice the test for each module before you do the real one.
