Heartbroken DS

DS (16) has just been dumped by his gf of 2 years
He putting on a brave face but is mooching around the house not eating which in itself is very unusual!
I feel so sad for him, they were a sweet couple. He hasn't said why she's dumped him, but they have both just started different colleges so maybe drifted apart,
I've told him plenty more fish in the sea corny but it's horrible to see him so down

Tea hugs and biscuits. There's not a lot else you can do. Time will sort it out. Relationships are usually harder to get over for boys because they keep things in and don't do the talking about feelings with friends.

He spent alot of time woth her so hes abit lost now. Got lots of mates tho.

Acknowledge that it's crap when someone breaks up with you but he will gradually feel better.
Ask how he's sleeping. Encourage him to go to stuff with his mates.
