Hormonal Girl with acne

Appreciate any advice, my 18 year old has suffered with hormonal acne and went on the Yasmin contraceptive pill. This worked a treat as far as the acne went, but she got dreadful migraines with vomiting, so the GP took her off this tablet.
The acne came back and she has just completed a course of Roaccutane. Her skin cleared up for a time but she has just started getting a few break outs again.
Can anyone suggest another contraceptive pill that is less likely to cause migraines? I have read about a new pill called Zoely that helps acne. Has anyone tried this?

I wouldn't risk the pill again with that history. Far too risky. She should avoid it. Why not have some antibiotics for a few months. They can work quite well after having had roaccutane.

Go back to GP, my 17yr old DD asked to be refered back to dermatologist as she having fequent breakouts again after 9months of roaccutane, that she finished last Oct. In meantime Dr has given her some different cream (she's tried most of them and antibiotics with bad reaction to one of them) to see if that helps, whilst we wait for appointment as its min 3month wait list in my area.

For years I have suffered with really bad outbreaks of acne and have had a course of every tablet going.
I came off the pill as I thought it was that, then I had a really bad sickness bug and couldn't bare to drink anything except water

since I have been only drinking water my spots have gone, I used to drink litres of juice so I am convinced it was juice causing the spots. Maybe get your dd to give it a try?
