Dd was in a mainstream school in a base. She wanted to go back to sixth form in the school. Our lea and the school are fine with it. The base in a different lea however are refuseing to admit her. It is named on her statment.

What reasons have the base/school given for not wanting her to attend 6th form.
Is the 6th form part of the base or in the main 6th form.
What are your daughters needs.
Does the 6th form have appropriate courses for her.
A statement is a legal document and the school can't refuse her unless there is sufficient evidence for refusal.
