DS1 (13) currently trashing his room and raging because he cant find his phone (the one that he never has switched on or never takes anywhere)

Im beyond bored of this.

has a phone (a blackberry that he requested 18 months ago - mainly to use BBM)

hardly uses it, always switched off- can never get hold of him. He says that 'no one uses blackberrys now etc etc"

always losing it.

Im paying £15 a month contract for it.

He is an indulged brat.

Im not helping him find it.

At what point will he appreciate things????

Maybe he could get a Saturday job? That way he could buy his own phone/pay contract and then might appreciate how frustrating it is for you forking out for things?

so what will you do when he has finished?

im going to continue ignoring him and not feed into his behaviour.

He is without a phone because he doesnt look after things-he places no value on anything.
