peng does not meen smelly my 11 year old dd uses the word all the time and has told me it meengood looking the same as buff.

It means fit

It means 'really good', in all sorts of contexts. I've not heard it used to mean 'good looking', but I guess it could. Its opposite is 'deng', meaning really bad or disgusting!

And similar to leng, which means good.

Round here, 'peng a leng' means something like 'extra peng'/'extra good' :) Here's peng-a-leng in the Urban Dictionary!. SO do other phrases like 'well peng', 'pengalicious' and 'peng-ass'!
