Spots

DS is 12. His forehead and nose are now covered in spots albeit small. Every now and then a very ugly one will also appear on nose.
Any advice or miraculous cure you may have... ?

Try Sudocreme, it seems to take the redness away, making spots less noticeable and helps them dry out.

My DD is prone to spottiness - she uses "Simple" face wash gel now and it takes the redness straight away - and since it does appear to help, she is keen to wash more often which is a bonus here in teenage lazytown....

Thank you both. DS spots are not red though... they are small and mostly skin color...

Quinoderm is the only thing that works, in my experience.

What has worked for my son is using face wipes (simple or tea tree) to clean properly in the evening and then applying sudocrem.

We did a couple of nights with Quinoderm which did initially help but then left his chin lightly peeling so we went back to sudocrem. Still gets the odd inflamed spot but they seem to clear up pretty fast and the acne bumpness rash type have gone completely.
