Child in need meeting??!?!?

My daughters social worker rang up and said that we would be having a child in need meeting. I have no idea what happens at the meeting. Does anyone know!!??? Also does anyone know how often they are?

Approx every 6-8 weeks, all professionals working with family, parents and child. Usually fairly straight forward, what's going on, what needs to change, who's doing/done what.
Makes sure everyone is doing what they say they are and makes the Plan.
