I want some perspective ry, but today she refused to eat anything other than this:
Nothing for breakfast or lunch, no food whatsoever in between
She went to the gym for an hour
Dinner: a plate full of sweetcorn, Coleslaw, lettuce, tomato, salads, and a baked potato with a sprinkling of cheese
She's eaten far too little,right?

Yes, that is too little food.

Are you sure she hasn't eaten anything else?

Do you think she is trying to lose weight?

ecuse · 25/02/2014 21:20

Yes. As a one off this isn't a big deal, but is this usual?

ParsleyTheLioness · 25/02/2014 21:21

Too little if she is going to the gym particularly.

MummaMouse · 25/02/2014 21:24

Yes. She wont be getting all the energy she needs. Going without breakfast and lunch isn't great.

sleepdodger · 25/02/2014 21:27

I ate that today too
What has she drunk? Water, tea etc?

StarFruitBat · 25/02/2014 21:46

Could she be doing the fasting diet thingy but doesn't want to tell you?

I would be worried though. She'd be much better spreading it out over the day.
