How did you calm her down/regain control?

ashtrayheart · 19/01/2014 17:22

What's she like at school and does she have friends?
Yes I would make a gp appointment for a Camhs referral.

i just calmly told her not to break things and rang my sister to come and get her as i had to work yesterday 2-9 and did not want to leave her being so angry ,

Possibly, it depends how urgent the referral is. If you feel scared by her you need to make that clear. Might be worth talking to ss too.
