Still a bit shocked..but DS 15 came down to say, don't be angry mum but me and my gf have just had sex and the condom broke,,where can we get morning after pill..I took them to get the pill. I feel pleased they could come to me but feel guilty as girls mum doesn't know.what would she say that I went out with them and got it for them..did I do the right thing..

Yes you did do the right thing. You are protecting your ds. Could you have a chat with gf and see if she will talk to her mum. Much better to get map than unwanted teen pregnancy. I've just been reading other thread on this and it would break your heart.

I am pleased they could talk to me..just worried about the mum..don't think she will talk to her. I have said to them if her period doesn't arrive then again to be honest and upfront like they already have because things didn't go away they..

Are they aware of the incongruity here? They consider themselves old enough for sex (albeit under-age) yet as soon as something goes wrong, they need the help and advice of a real grown-up. Adult behaviour = adult responsibility.

I would encourage the girl to tell her mother herself.
