Blimey you are ahead of the game. I dont normally get round to thinking about uniforms until last week of August.

I'm planning to go in the first week of the holidays for the logo-ed stuff as we are away for the last week of the school hols and need to get organised. Will pick up other bits and bobs as i see them in the shops.

dd's school have just changed their uniform to include a blazer and drop the school jumper. She got it yestreday. have bought her new trousers already.

Boys will have new trousers and shirts as and when. Shoes I don't worry about til nearer the start of term as they grow too quickly. ds1 (12.5) is an 8 already and growing at an alarming rate.

So many shops now have shirts, trousers, skirts for sale all the time, it's not quite the battle it used to be, is it? Thankfully.

Trousers I get on the local market. There's a stall on there that does logo'ed school jumpers too at half the price. Shirts from Tesco or Asda. Shoes are the only problem. DS is aged 14, but takes a size 10 (probably an 11 by end of August).
