Ds1 has lump on testicle!

Last night ds1 came down to 'show' his dad a lump on his testicle..when he was a baby he had a mole in the same area, we have just been to the doctors and he has made an appoinment for him to have it removed, just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience?
