Help getting 14 old of bed for school

Any tips how do get my daughter up for school in am , have 2 younger ones 10&8 get up fine but this is just crazy !! I take her in for 9am as issues with truancy but it takes from 7am of goin in and out this morning was breaking point ! I work nights to so have to wait till I take her to school before I can get to bed !!

Don't have experience of teens but I would set expectations that she needs to be getting herself up and consequences of not doing so is losing mobile or internet privileges for a week or whatever you decide.

Then set alarm for 7, place alarm at opposite side of room so she has to leave bed to turn off. Go in at 7:30 and if she is not starting to get ready/up etc that is when the punishment comes into effect.

Can you get a friend to call for her in mornings then take them both in, ime she will not want to be seen by friend without clothes on hair and make up done.

DD is the same. She is 14. At this age they need lots of sleep. DD doesn't agree and stays up till all hours on phone/kindle/anything she can sneak by me. Fortunately for DD her school is less than 5 minutes away on foot so she makes it by the skin of her teeth. I worry about how tiredness affects her performance in school.
I have no answers as I leave for work at 630am and its upto DH to get her (and her equally slumbersome brothers) up and out of a morning.

She shares a room with younger sister who leaves so early for school total opposite , we have alarm in there which gos off at 7 as well as me goin in and out with the nice come on time to get up voice which gos on every 10 min till 8 meanwhile younger sibling already gone to school ! At 8 it's a case of I have to go to another school with other younger sibling so it's "come in u need to get up now " trying not to shout as gets me no where at all ? I then come bk 25 min later 2 out of 5 morning she is slowly getting up the the other 3 still in pit !! So takes half hr to get to car ?
I have tried the bribery with clothing she wants and today she lost the new item and a sleepover tonight !
I just dreed starting all this again Monday am ?

Sharing your pain (although my 14 yr old dd is great at getting up and out, it's my 17 yr old ds I have trouble with).
He has great intentions, but it it such a battle, EVERY morning.

My brother did this until my Dad threw a bucket of cold water of him. He never ignored his alarm on a school day after that!

It must've been hell drying out the mattress though!

Hoover outside her room, accidentally banging it into her door occasionally.

I snapped. I told the lazy mare the night before if she isn't up out of her bed by xx, then she is getting the water treatment. She laughed.
She wasn't laughing the next moring when at 7:30 I was in there with a water gun. I gave her a final warning, and she grumbled in that teen way.. So she got a soak. I have never seen someone get out of bed as quick. Yes she was pissed off. Yes she stomped around the house, but she was on time. That evening, we spoke about it. I also let her know that I would do it again. All it took was twice.

Some people think I am mean. However, after neary 2 years of the morning screaming to wake her up. The shouting. The conequences. Even tried a reward chart lol. I had enough. I used to really dread mornings. When I should have been getting for work and getting her younger bro ready, I was trying to deal with her. Towards the end, he started trying to immitate some of her morning antics. That's when something drastic had to happen.

I hear sounds I can totally simpathize with you and can see why u did throw the water and good to hear it worked , I just can't keep doin this every morning ! But if I just leave her she will still be there at midday x
