16 year old that just wants to stay at home

My 16 year old son just wants to stay at home at weekends and holidays. He is sociable at school, academic, kind but doesn't ever want to go and meet with friends. He says he sees them at school so why see them again in the holidays! Should I worry that he is not socialising?

Mine is just the same, so is my 18 yr old daughter. When I was a teenager I was out at parties, in the pub etc. Like your son mine are home bodies, they just want to be with me and DH & their 2 younger siblings......Drives me nuts!!
