dd2 is 14 very soon. I'm normally so organised but with the stresses with my parents and all that
I have no idea what to get her for her birthday.

Budget is modest maybe 30-40.

Amazon or general high street shopping this week....

Xmas was a triumph of a little Samsung tablet and hard to match!

thanks for your help :)

Amazon vouchers so she can buy stuff for her tablet? Or vouchers for her favourite clothes store or just good old plain cash so she can choose freely.

DD got some converse, she hadn't sodding worn much, she's to lazy to lace them. Grrr

Have you asked her for suggestions? What about an experience rather than an actual present - day out to the theatre, day at a climbing wall, something arty?

Look up elastic laces - my DD spent her birthday money on Converse last year and gave up trying to do them up. My aunt got her curly elastic laces (Amazon, I think?) and once threaded through they stay put.

I have asked her and she's no idea LOL

We don't normally give cash but maybe this is the time to start!
