Smoking 'piff' problem [confused]

Hello There,
Im Abiie and im new to mumsnet.
My child has just been caught with marijuana and when i asked him what it is he claimed it was 'piff' in a casual way. He seems to not respect my authority and would love to know how to enforce the rules and help him quit i only want what is best for him. He is 15 if it helps.
