Fishing around for explanations for dd's hideous attitude, stropping, anger. MIL has suggested there might be a hormonal issue on the basis that dd looks like a 20 year old from the neck down (34E bra) but still hasn't started her periods. She turned 13 in August.

Is it unusual for a girl to look so developed and yet not to have started her periods?

Periods apparently tend to start 1.5-2 years after the beginning of breast buds. Does that reassure or worry you more?

Um cyclical belly ache? If she's had her boobage for a long time I'd just muse and maybe ave a chat with the GP about an imperforate hymen as a cause of on appearance of periods.

But is probably all normal!
