Isit best to follow your head or your heart when moving house? A house I loved was recently sold, and I am just not sure about buying the house that was second choice. It needs a lot of work done and has a big garden, and it would take a lot of time and money. Th house is smaller, which is what First attracted me and I do like it, but I'm not sure that logically it is such a good idea. I am worried about waiting too long as this is how I lost the other house. :( I live near lake district where they seem to get snapped up so fast!
