As the mum of teenagers myself (17 & 20) I have worked with my client to put on this event and really hope I can get some support from other mums out there. We all know how hard it is to get teenagers to do anything off their own backs so I'm going to need your help! Hopefully if we get them to come to this FREE 2 hours class, you will have to spend LESS time in September worrying about them if they don't get a place in halls and they have to rent their own place or, just when it comes time for them to move out. That's the theory! Please pass the word on to anyone you know who lives in Gloucestershire and has a teenager.

Put on in response to a recent national newspaper article that suggested teenagers between the ages of 19-21 should be able to 'negotiate the rent of their first property' we decided to put on a FREE 2 hours class on THURSDAY 9th AUGUST 2012 to help them do just that. From contracts and deposits to a practical trip to a typical rented property, to teach them what to look for when viewing a house/flat, the class will teach them everything they need to know to be able to rent their first home with confidence. Please encourage your teenager to attend this 2hr session that could save them a lot of time and money in the future!
