Encourage her toward some more appropriate, decent literature?

The book's content is not remotely suitable for an under sixteen- and I say this as a very easy going mother of teens.

Why did your daughter think this was a suitable book to review for school? I am not surprised the teacher was not happy, she'll have other parents complaining.

I don't think it is funny, I think it is sad that a 12 year old has been innured to BDSM practices.
