Frightened of bullying teen

This is no joke, but it is a bit of a taboo subject. For some time I have been living in fear of my intimidating and bullying teen. Things took a turn for the worse last year and now I live in constant fear of the next mood swing. There is almost no help on the web or anywhere else. I am cosidering forming a self help group, maybe you or someone you know might be interested? Please note this is not the usual banging doors and yelling at parents stuff, but if we can help each other I'm all for that. Please email me if you wish, everything will be treated confidentially.

I did custy. Dd was arrested 3 times. We had youth offending team involved. Out if all the agencies, they were the best.

Dd is 15 now and her violence stopped last year. There have been some Ricky times but I feel we are through the worst

Also, army cadets has given her a new focus which has been very positive

I did fear her, but I never ever let her know.
