Teenagers and alarm clocks

Can anyone recommend a really loud alarm clock, to wake up a sleeping teenager in the morning? Average clocks just don't seem to do the trick.

I think you probably need one that tips up the bed with the threat of a bucket of cold water if they don't move.

No they dont, the only thing that does is me going in a shaking them. Alternatively when I was a teenager (many years ago) I had to have the alarm the other side of the room else I would just turn it off and go back to sleep.

No - the ones that would be loud enough are banned for Health and Safety reasons. Grin

Actually - how about you light a match under the smoke alarm every morning?

Sonic bomb!!!

That's actually what it's called. Amazon. About £20. Has a vibrating pad you put under matress.

Works reasonably well with my literally dead to the world 15 year old son. extremely loud!

I got my sister this last year. It does work! Alarm sounds like a fire alwarm and you then have to catch the top so you HAVE to get out of bed!

You can watch demos on you tube!
