finally DS has found the washing machine and put a whole wash in, all by himself It is amazing what happens when you run out of clothes completely. Reminds me of first year uni!

I'll be even more impressed if he comes back and deals with the wet clothes before they starting going mildewy

Funnily enough DS managed to learn how to use the washer when he realised if he wanted clean rugby kit he'd really get it only if he did it himself after every match!

My DS overflowed the bath (again) last night and cleared it up himself progress!

How old is he?

Not sure who you have asked Clown but my DS is nearly 14. He likes running the bath to the top then lets the overflow take over to make it the right level for him

but then we took away dd1&2's bedroom door for a while as they liked slamming it too much!

Lol bumpybecky, I like your style! DS is 15. He has just got a girlfriend, but she is not local so unlikely to see the midden bedroom anytime soon. He left his school uniform at school today, along with his bag... One step at a time I guess.
