Birthday presents for friends

My DD is trying to choose some presents for her friends (girls) and is not sure what to get them for their 13th birthday. What do you buy for presents to teenage girls?

Dd (12) & her friends love The Body Shop, No 7 & 17. But I think their favourite are the Hollister body sprays.

Dd and her group of friends (6 of them) tend to club together for presents as that way they can get something biggish. Dd was given a hoodie and t-shirt of her favourite band, another got a box set of DVDs. For other friends she'll generally go to Paperchase or H&M or something like that.

I like the idea of putting money together.. will suggest that to DD. Also, Hollister spray is a good idea. Thank you.
