I had a phone call mid morning to say she had arranged to go to a friends after school

I said no as she had too much sorting out to do & I would phone friends mum & cancel; in fact I postpones and arranged she would come if she got sorted fast enough

She came home & sorted out the 8 carrier bags of crap I had removed from the lounge (all sorted my me into books, hair stuff, school work etc. Then she did the mantelpiece & the stairs, make her lunch for tomorrow & pack her bag for tomorrow

Then I took her round

"But she only got 2 hrs with her friends (& the kitten) & everyone else had double that"

She couldn't do anything tomorrow as she is out (at classes from 10-6)

I was fair wasn't I?

Yes more than fair. Don't worry teenagers can make you feel like you're the devil, its their raison d'etre

Really I wasn't sure if I was being a bitch

She only has one evening off (until about 7:45) a fortnight & one until 6:30; so I know her time with her friends is precious but if she kept it up maybe 10 minutes a night it wouldn't happen again
