can i ask if any of you have been sucessful in arranging anger management for your teen. my 14 yr old needs this, her anger and inability to manage it is out of the realms of the normal and she is now becoming violent. she has asked me to get her some help.

where do i start?

most schools do anger management, if not then the doctors can point you in the right direction

Schools definitely. GPs often don't have direct access and at 14 a CAMHS referral will take till she's over the 16yr threshold in most places due to understaffing/delays etc if the service is even provided locally.

School definately. It's really positive she is asking for help.
