Camping

DS and a few friends want to camp somewhere near Thorpe Park for a few nights in the summer. It's proving really hard to find anywhere that will accept a group of 17/18 year olds - fair enough I guess 'cos some groups probably would be wild (though not this group obviously )

Can anyone suggest any sites that might be suitable?

Camping and Caravanning club sites will take young people unsupervised from 16 years, with permission of the site manager. They can camp from 14 unsupervised if they've taken the Youth Camping test. At least one of them would need membership but it would stand them in good stead for future trips.
