Depression

Does anyone else suffer from depression while trying to raise a teen? lol though i know they can drive you to it :)

I am struggling with dealing with this, very much!

Yes! I am about to post about how DS1 drove me to it! I talk to friends, take St Johns Wort, go for country walks, sing, take baths with Lush bath bombes and practise the Christian faith (not all at once & not in any particular order!)
