Confidence Building for Teenagers

Hi, I'm new to the site - a friend recommended I come here because I'm looking for some kind of Confidence building course or workshop for my son. He's 16 and is lovely, but he has mild adhd, and suffers hugely with low self esteem and poor confidence. Just wondered if anyone knows of any course/w/s that might help him? He is willing to take part and I think it might be good for him to meet other teens who are prepared to talk about their confidence issues...most of them aren't! Thanks

Not directly related but in order to improve DS's self-esteem he started Tae Kwon Do, although I was looking for any martial art. They are strict and teach respect for the teachers and each other, are good exercise and help to teach/improve co-ordination. I think these things are supposed to feed into self esteem. As a yoga teacher I really do believe there is a strong relationship between physical and mental well-being.
