Teen on the pill

Hi ladies, need some advice.

DD1 started on Microgynon back early July. No problems at all.
She got prescribed some anti biotics about 5 weeks ago and told her to go 'double dutch' but unsure if she did.
She finished her pack Friday before last, we waited 6 days for her period to come, and when it did, it was much lighter [pink] than normal and only lasted 2 days so she had to start her new pack whilst having a light bleed.

On Monday she was sick. And today, she got dressed and fled to the toilet to be sick.

I am not sure if she's missed any pills. [she says one thing and does another] What are the chances of her being pregnant?
What I mean is, should she come off the pill and do a HPT first? Or should she carry on taking them and hope for the best?
What are the chances of getting a BFP while taking the pill? Would it still show negative if she still took the pills?

Thanks in advance,

worried mum

Get her to GP.
She might be pregnant, she might not. She seems unsure if she has taken extra precautions.
