I would try to encourage her to bring him round and meet him...I find with unsuitable boys killing them with kindness can sometimes do the trick...try to get her to talk about him and invite him round for tea. I had a 23 year old boyfriend at 16 and went out with him for 2 years. He was great, I just liked going out with men that had money and a car instead of spotty boys with no money etc... it might not be as bad as you think. If he is well better the devil you know than the devil you don't.

Hi, we have tried that with the new group of friends she is going out with (has droped all her old friends in the last few months)

She was well past her curfew the other weekend so DH went looking for her she was walking home with this boy!!! DH said he couldn't string a sentence together without half a dozen foul words in it. She's not been brought up like that and when we asked her about him she said he's just a friend!!!! Turns out that's not true. If I go on about it, it'll just push her towards him all the more but she wont bring him or anyone else around.... Which tells us she knows they are the wrong sort but she thinks that's cool at the moment. She is such a clever girl don't know where she is coming from at the moment.
