Can Outlook add a warning before using Reply All unnecessarily?

Is there a prompt that can be added to Outlook that will ensure numpties do not Reply To All to a message that only needs to go to the actual sender?

Some extra step that needs to be taken for Reply To All so that it's an extra conscious decision that needs to be taken?

Thanks in advance

Have you confused Mumsnet with Microsoft? Confused I suppose they both begin with ‘M’…

I can't answer your question I'm afraid, but I agree it's really bloody annoying when people do this.

I'm not sure I totally understand your use case, but perhaps the scenario below will cover it.

Use case
I want to send a email to multiple people, but I only want one of the recipients to be able to be able to reply to me. I don't want any of the recipients to be able to use "reply all" and reply to all of the recipients.

Proposed Solution
Add the one person you want to be able to reply to the email to the "To" field, for all other recipients use the BCC field.

Additional information
Be aware the recipients of the BCC will not be able to see who the other recipients in the BCC are.
