Google on iPhone

I’m not very techy- I have my iPhone set to dark mode and everything is dark mode bar safari? It also no longer has the “shopping” tab. I have tried to find fixes online but none seem to work if anyone has any ideas?

dark mode I can live without but it seems strange both these things happened at once. I did a restart and nothing changed

I have the new update and google pops up in dark mode most of the time (sometimes it doesn’t but I think that’s more to do with google than the phone). The shopping tab is also there.

IOS seems to be up to date though to be fair, my phones really old and is on about IOS 16. Has only happened the last few days

Oh ok.. it might be that your iOS is no longer keeping up with google website updates…
