How do I “AI” my cv?

I’ve seen a job that I’d like to apply for - but I’m aware that my CV is still in the style that I was taught in the 80’s, and now days there’s better ways to do it with keywords and stuff.

But how do I go about it? I wouldn’t know where to start, and don’t want to go posting my details on random places on the internet!

Anyone got any tips?

Thank you Smile

It’s really quite simple, put in a personal statement and make sure you pick all the relevant buzz words from the job advert into your cv. If they ask for ‘friendly staff’ make sure you put friendly into your cv, if they ask for ‘excel skills’, put excel into your cv. That’s pretty much what AI does, looks for a match to their advert and pumps out a % score. The highest will be looked at by a human.

Don’t use Chat GPT. It’s so obvious. Honestly I can spot it a mile off - the terms and expressions are just weird.

Have a good google for CV templates and go from there.

If it’s NHS then they all get looked at by a human and shortlisted from there.
