Recording and transcribing an "in person" meeting

I normally record and transcribe teams meetings to help me with producing minutes. We are doing an in person meeting and I want to record and transcribe it but not sure how I can do that if we are in person?

Can anyone offer a way of doing it please?

Can you just have your Teams on while you're there? With speakers off.

I use voice notes on my iPhone. Recent phones can transcribe these to copy and paste.

For transcription you can also send the voice note to yourself then add it to Word which will transcribe along with speakers and timestamps. It's very helpful!

How long is the meeting? Otter app will do this free for 40 minutes.
