Curry's tech support - any good

I need someone to look at my laptop, bought from Curry's at the end of May. There was no tech support at our large local store today but someone will be in Saturday at 11am.

Are they actually any good or are they going to fob me off and send it away. Need it for my job.

Anyone know if they re rubbish or amazing ?

From a quick google, they don’t do in store repairs. Tbh, it would be a logistical nightmare to try and stock parts for hundreds of different types of laptops. So they will very likely send it away to a warehouse that can. It all really depends on what your issue is too and what your expectations are.
