Sodding, fucking Outlook! I've spent half the day trying to sort out a problem I didn't know was a thing until a customer chased me via a direct email, rather than through my website.
Can the wise folk on MN help me please?
I have a Contact Us page on my website that is meant to send the messages through to my work email address that is an info@ email. I access the emails via my desktop using Outlook (God, I hate Outlook!).
However, it's not sending them. I've tested it myself today and spoken to my web chappie who has sent me a list of people who have tried to reach me through the webiste recently. It's 6 in the last 3 days that I know nothing about!
He's advised that I need to:
"Check your Spam - if they are there, you will need to mark them as not spam.
Create a rule/filter that says never send [email protected] to Spam"
Does anyone know how I do this please? I've googled it and tried following the process to set a rule but I'm falling at the 1st hurdle.
Did I mention that I HATE outlook!
