Probably not the right place but no response in chat Roblox help as this is causing a lot of upset, my daughter has had an account for years and I’ve spent money on it over the years and she has a lot of items on there she’s worked hard to get. For some reason the other day my son decided to Log into her account using his phone without her permission and it’s locked her account, despite knowing the password she can no longer access it. It says she has to reset the password but Roblox are claiming it’s not my email registered on her account, it absolutely is my email and she’s reset her password before using my account and they have confirmed in the past my email is the one linked to her account but they keep saying it’s not and now we can no longer access the account again, what else I can do? any help at all or advice please he didn’t manage to get into her account and Roblox won’t help as I’ve spoken to them multiple times.
