Hello, I am looking for a Tattle life invite code if anyone can help please? There's a thread I follow about something in my local area, and currently users are talking about a location they have made a mistake on, I'm desperate to help correct them but can't without a code. Please help! 😊

I’d also really really like one if at all possible. The Ellie Grey threads are terrific and I want to join the EG scam archiving team, her current con is driving me round the bend. I have things to contribute and I fn LOATHE a scammer. And yes, I know this probably sounds like her on a sock, but drop me a note and will explain why you should be confident that it isn’t.

I'm sure they have been told specifically to not give out codes on mumsnet, I think there have been issues in the past.

I am currently obsessed with the mushroom poisonings thread, if I go missing please ask those people to investigate!

The reason people don’t give them out is because your account will then be connected to theirs publicly via usernames, it’s shows a banner or something similar on your profile which says ‘Nosey was invited by GossipLover.’

So not only will you know their username (and their MN username) but any minor indiscretion by you on the website will result in them getting their account banned with no recourse. Even if you’re unfairly sanctioned/banned, if you get on the wrong side of a mod or they take you up wrong, both accounts will be automatically taken down.

I find it quite interesting that Tattle will probably never need to open their registrations again. Not many sites can say they don’t want more members! I’m sure countless people with no accounts visit every day and give them ad revenue, but they can’t interact so Tattle don’t have to moderate or deal with any of them! Good deal for them really.

I understand. It's very frustrating when as a local person to a topic I'm following i can see people spending much needless energy talking about a location that is incorrect

I’m the same, it’s so frustrating I have all the facts & tea but I can’t comment. I’ve asked for help in threads & in DM’s but with everything that’s going on with it members are paranoid. I’ve even been accused of trying to trick members into outing themselves but the ironic thing is I’m also at risk of the ‘influencer’ finding out who I am
