We run our own business, and I'm looking for ways to boost various aspects. I'm hideously out of date with a lot of the new platforms and technology that is out there, so was hoping for some pointers!
I would like a CRM database style thing, to help manage the various industries and contacts we work with...design and manage e-mailshots etc. I have seen a few but they all seem a little.more complicated and sales/conversion driven for what I need.
I would then like something to help create more exciting content for our social media page (basically just Facebook, not sure if we should be using anything else?) and update the webpage for SEO.
If there was something to help further tweak our business plan that'd be great!
Does anyone have any experience in this are/pointers?
