comes over as charming.
shoddy/slapdash work.
agrees to do work in a certain way. Then does it work in easiest/cheapest way possible.
items broken during installation.
very bad temper.
bully.
angry/abusive.
vandalised house after work was completed.
capped off gas at meter (which is outside the house), leaving an elderly woman without central heating/hot water.
Occupants of the house where work was performed are genuinely scared he will return to the house and be abusive or vandalise house again.
Police called after each attack on the house. Nothing can be done as no ‘ring’ doorbell or photographic evidence to prove Joseph Young vandalised house.
Want to warn other people to be very careful when dealing with this man. Using this forum as hopefully it reaches the right ears in Waterlooville, without Joe knowing I’ve posted this. I fear he will attack the house again. Or verbally or physically attack me.
All his ‘work’ had to taken out by a competent plumber and refitted.
