How to ‘unlink’ mine and my daughter’s phones?

I’ve somehow managed to link mine and my 11 year old daughter’s phones and I can’t undo it (meaning that all my phone notes, photos etc are also on her phone).

We both have iPhones and my daughter is listed as my family member, but has her own Apple ID.

Any advice much appreciated. Thank you

Summary of issue
Both you and your daughter have iPhones and separate Apple IDs.
Your content from your Apple ID is appearing on her phone which is not expected. (i.e. Photos, Notes etc)

I suggest the following steps to resolve the issue.

  1. On your phone, open Settings, and confirm your phone is connected to your Apple ID.
  2. If it's not, then click on the first panel below the search (i.e. the name)
  3. Observe a new screen will appear, Scroll down to the bottom.
  4. click sign out.
  5. Then sign back in with your Apple ID.

Repeat the same steps on your daughter's phone, ensuring that her phone is signed into her Apple ID.

If you have signed into a new account, it may take a couple of hours for the phone to re-sync when it's connected to power and wi-fi.

Please update as to whether this resolves your reported issue.
