I transferred from bt broadband to ee broadband last year and have a question

when i transferred i was told just to keep using my bt router they didnt send a new ee one but id like one is it worth while buying one if i do is it straighford to change from bt router to ee one

Presumably as EE is part of BT they didn't need to send you a new router, and I wouldn't bother changing it if you're getting reasonable performance and coverage from it.

If you're having issues they may provide a newer router, that should be relatively easy to swap over to.

You can use a third party one (as I do) but it may require some fiddling to set it up.

I realise they didnt have to but i found out that the ee router has features the bt one doesnt
