What’s happened to Facebook why I am not seeing any friends posts? All I seem to get is the same few friends and random groups or adverts. It’s not they arent posting husband seems to get all my families post more than me 🙄 I don’t use it much to just keep up with news. Is there a setting I can change nothing google has suggested works.

It's the algorithm, makes you see more ads & pointless posts. Been like this for ages.
Facebook is basically just a massive advert now, I deleted it a while ago and have a family WhatsApp group where we share information, much better!

Ahh that’s annoying what a shame used to be good to keep in touch with people you wouldn’t other wise have contact with. Thanks for replying

There are dots at the top of posts. If you click them you can choose to see more or less of them.
You can also go to each of your key friend/family pages and check the notifications, that you follow as well as friend. It prioritises those people.

You will get the same proportion, but the content that isn’t adverts will be more to your taste.

I've just deactivated my account for these reasons. Sad but it's do shit now
