how to delete all my Spotify playlists

hi all
do you know a way i can delete all my Spotify library and start again? having problems with advice i read online. it's all too messy!

Can't you just undownload them? By clicking on the green arrow.

I have various playlists I've created for different events, downloaded for then to play offline then just undownloaded again. I assume they still exist out there in the ether.
