Hi recently had a miscarriage and have continued to receive update notifications on my iPhone. I’ve deleted the app and cancelled the subscription but I’m still getting notifications about baby. Does anyone know how to stop these?

Hi, so sorry for your loss. I think there is a way to register a loss on the app, which would stop you receiving any updates, but I think you’d need to download the app again to do this.

I’ve had the same in the past from flo and other apps and it’s really upsetting x

I wonder if the app has just been removed from your iPhone Home Screen rather than properly deleted if you are still getting notifications.

There's a way of marking that you are not pregnant in the app but if you'd rather just check that it's completely deleted I would suggest going to your iPhone Home Screen (where you can see all your apps etc.), swipe downwards and search for Flo in the the search bar. Assuming the app comes up, hold your finger on the app for a few seconds and then select delete the app.

Sorry for your loss.

Hey,

I just recently had a miscarriage as well, on the Flo app you should be able to select the option you are no longer pregnant, it might be on your account settings but I done this the other day.

hope you are okay as can be x
