Instagram hack

Hello can anyone help? My Instagram has been hacked and the hacked has changed my email address so it nolonger recognises me. I've gone to the help centre and it is not helping! Has anyone had success in getting their Instagram account back?

Hi everyone,
I just wanted to ask if anyone here is struggling with access to their social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, or even Gmail). I recently went through the same issue — I had lost access to my account that had lots of precious photos of my firstborn.
